This new project exceeds the expectations of how we closed this first year of Arquídea. It is a creative support for a beautiful developing area of six hundred hectares in Torio, Veraguas. For those who do not know this place; it is located on the coast of the district of Mariato, 15 minutes from Morrillo Beach, famous for its waves and beautiful natural environment.

Torio is 4 hours from Panama City and 1 hour from Santiago.

Morillo Beach, loved by surfers

This project has as deliverables: visual identity, social media launch, audiovisual content and architectural schematic designs. We are just starting and it will be a project that will last until March and hopefully more. With our contribution we will have enough visual material to be able to present the project and attract residents or investors. I present this blog post as a small introduction to what we will be working on in the coming months, with a lot of excitement.
This project, besides being a great opportunity to explore and practice sustainable architecture and urbanism, is an opportunity to contribute our vision and dream big. We envision a productive area, with respect for the natural and human environment. We envision young people who share similar ideals of wanting to live away from the city and wanting to be connected to nature. This project has the potential to become this and more. So I call on everyone who reads this who is interested in owning a piece of land or who thinks they can collaborate or invest in this type of project. Come and meet Torio!
