Welcome to Arquídea Studio. By purchasing, downloading, or using any ready-made tropical plan or service from the Arquídea Shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products Offered

Arquídea Studio offers digital architectural products, including:

  • Ready-made tropical cabin plans
  • Pre-designed tropical house plans
  • Conceptual architectural design packages
  • CAD files and architectural drawings
  • Visualizations and reference materials

These are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

Arquídea may also offer optional consulting services related to the adaptation or understanding of the purchased designs.

2. License and Usage Rights

All designs, drawings, files, and related materials are the intellectual property of Arquídea Studio and are protected by copyright laws.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, single-use license, which means:

You may use the plans to build one (1) single structure.

You may not reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or transfer the files.

You may not use the design for multiple builds without purchasing additional licenses.

You may not claim authorship of the design.

You may not remove copyright notices or branding.

You may modify the plans for construction purposes, but the original authorship must remain attributed to Arquídea Studio.

This purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. All rights remain with Arquídea Studio.

3. Deliverables

Digital design packages may include:

  • PDF architectural drawings
  • Editable CAD files (depending on tier)
  • Image files and visual renderings
  • Concept notes and material suggestions
  • General design guidance

File contents vary depending on the selected product tier.

All files are delivered electronically via download or email.

4. Nature of Ready-Made Plans

Arquídea ready-made plans are conceptual architectural designs intended for adaptation.

They are not construction-ready documents for every location.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Verifying compliance with local building codes
  • Hiring a licensed local architect or engineer
  • Structural engineering adaptation
  • Obtaining permits and approvals
  • Site-specific adjustments

Arquídea Studio is not responsible for engineering, permitting, or construction outcomes.

5. Consulting Services (Optional)

Consulting services may be offered separately and billed hourly.

These may include:

  • Layout review
  • Site orientation guidance
  • Material suggestions
  • Design adaptation advice
  • Early-stage planning support

Consulting sessions:

  • Must be paid in advance
  • Require 24-hour notice for rescheduling
  • Are non-refundable once completed
  • Do not constitute engineering or legal certification

6. Payments and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in USD.

Due to the nature of digital products:

All sales are final once files are downloaded or accessed.

Refunds are only issued in the case of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Failed file delivery
  • Corrupted or incomplete files

If a file is incomplete or corrupted, Arquídea Studio will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including drawings, designs, text, images, and files — is the intellectual property of Arquídea Studio.

You may not:

  • Resell the designs
  • Share files publicly
  • Use designs for commercial resale
  • Distribute files to third parties

Commercial licensing for multiple builds may be available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

Arquídea Studio shall not be held liable for:

Construction errors or costs
Structural or engineering performance
Permit approvals or denials
Site-specific conditions
Misuse or modification of the design
Contractor interpretation

Use of the designs is at the buyer’s discretion and risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

By purchasing from Arquídea Studio, you agree that any disputes shall be handled under Panamanian jurisdiction.
